Wimbledon Inspired Strawberries and Cream 🍓


This light and creamy twist on the classic strawberries and cream delivers all the summer charm without the heaviness. Made with protein-packed Greek yogurt, fresh strawberries, and a hint of natural sweetness, it’s a refreshing treat you can enjoy guilt-free. Perfect for dessert, snack time, or your next picnic in the sun!

Ingredients (2 servings):

  • 2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced

  • ½ cup plain Greek yogurt (fat-free)

  • 1 tsp maple syrup or honey (optional, adjust to taste)

  • ½ tsp vanilla extract

  • Zest of ¼ lemon (optional, for brightness)

  • 1 tbsp slivered almonds or hemp hearts (optional topping)

Instructions:

  1. In a small bowl, mix the Greek yogurt, vanilla, and maple syrup (if using).

  2. Layer the sliced strawberries in a glass or bowl.

  3. Top with the yogurt mixture.

  4. Sprinkle with lemon zest and optional toppings like almonds or hemp hearts.

  5. Chill for 10 minutes before serving if desired — or enjoy immediately! 🍓

Non-Alcoholic Refreshing Chia Fresca


 Non alcoholic drinks are all the rage this year, but did you know making your own homemade low sugar, high fiber options are just as easy as 1,2,3 ?  Try this option out and see for yourself!

Pineapple Chia Fresca (Makes 2 servings)

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups cold water (or coconut water for extra electrolytes)

  • 1 cup fresh or frozen pineapple chunks

  • Juice of 1 lime

  • 1–2 tsp maple syrup or honey (optional, to taste)

  • 1 tbsp chia seeds

  • A few fresh mint leaves (optional)

  • Ice cubes

Instructions:

  1. Blend pineapple, water, lime juice, and sweetener until smooth.

  2. Strain through a fine mesh sieve if you prefer a smoother texture (optional).

  3. Stir in chia seeds and let sit for at least 10–15 minutes so the chia can gel.

  4. Serve over ice, garnished with mint or a pineapple wedge.

Per Serving : 92 calories, 1.5 g protein, 19.2 g carbs, 2.1 g fat, 4.8 g fiber, 12.3 g sugar.
