    High Protein Caesar Salad Dressing


    🥗 Zesty Parmesan Vinaigrette

    This bold and tangy dressing is the perfect way to elevate your salads, grain bowls, or roasted veggies. With the richness of extra-virgin olive oil, a bright splash of lemon juice (or apple cider vinegar), and the sharp bite of freshly grated Parmesan, this vinaigrette strikes the ideal balance between creamy and zesty. Dijon mustard and garlic bring depth, while a pinch of sea salt and fresh pepper tie it all together.

    Simple, flavorful, and versatile — it’s a go-to homemade dressing that tastes anything but ordinary.

    Ingredients:

    • ⅓ cup whole milk Greek yogurt
    • 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
    • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
    • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
    • ½ garlic clove, minced
    • 1 teaspoons capers, minced
    • Freshly ground black pepper

    Tip: For a dairy-free version, substitute Parmesan with nutritional yeast and lactose free yogurt for a dairy free alternative.
