  • Initial Assessment

    The goal of this initial nutritional assessment is to get to know you and your medical history better. Together, we will establish objectives in order to reach your overall goal, and set up an action plan for next steps.

Nutrition Follow-Up

  • Brief Follow-Up $80

    30 minute session

  • Regular Follow-Up $115

    45 minute session

  • Complete Follow-Up $150

    60 minute session


Meal Guide

  • 50 minute session  $180

    A report on personalized nutrition needs, with a recipe guide.  Comprehensive nutritional objectives and strategies to achieve them. Delivery only after an initial nutrition evaluation.
