Healthy Pumpkin Pie Crust Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 Cup Oat flour
- 2 tsp white sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 4 tbsp of cold water as needed
Steps
Mix all ingredients
Add in the cold water as needed until dough is slightly tacky
Press the dough onto your pie plate
Pre bake your crust at 375 degrees for 10-12 minutes
Pumpkin Filling
Ingredients
- 1 can of pumpkin puree (if making homemade this represents about 15 oz)
- 1/2 cup milk (I use almond milk)
- 3 large eggs
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp of pumpkin pie spice
- 1/4 tsp salt
Steps
Bake at 350 degrees for 60 minutes
